Winston Blitz, P.T.

Winston graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Thomas. He has nineteen years of clinical experience with fifteen years in orthopaedics. Winston is currently working on his certification in Manual Therapy from the University of St. Augustine to be completed in 2008. He has been the leader in the Physical Therapy department at Orthopaedic Specialties since 1993.

Eric Wilkinson, P.T.

Eric graduated with his Master’s degree in PT from the University of South Florida in 2003. His experience includes not only orthopedics, but also in neurological and vestibular rehab. In his free time, he and his wife Christina enjoy traveling, cruising, hiking, bicycling, gardening, model train work, and dressing as Star Wars characters for charity events.

Mark Routman, P.T.

Mark is a licensed Physical Therapist with over two decades of experience and a comprehensive background in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. A St Petersburg native, Mark has earned a master’s degree from University of North Florida and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine. Passionate about bringing healing to his patients of all ages, Mark is trained in Manual Therapy and a variety of treatment approaches, including Vestibular Rehabilitation.

Interests:  Faith, family, and football.  Mark is happily married with two sons. He earned a black belt in martial arts, has played and coached a variety of competitive sports, volunteers for local charities and supports all local sports teams.

Krisztian Keindl, RPTA

Kris graduated from St. Petersburg College in 1998 and he has nine years experience in outpatient orthopaedics and inpatient rehab settings. Kris joined us here at Orthopaedic Specialties of Tampa Bay, P.A. in 2005.

Shelly Juern-McKaughn, MSOTR, CHT

Shelly graduated from College Misericordia in 2002 with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy after working as an Occupational Therapy assistant since 1995.  She has ten years experience in outpatient Occupational Therapy and earned her CHT in 2008.  Shelly is a member of the American Society for Hand Therapist and has been a guest teacher at Polk State College this year.

Holly E. Galaris  PTA, CPT

Holly received her AAS degree from NOVA in 2004.  She is a Florida licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) rough the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  Holly has specialized in Orthopaedic Outpatient Rehabilitation her entire career, and is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist (MMACS).  Prior to joining Orthopaedic Specialties in 2015, Holly was also licensed and practiced physical therapy in Virginia, Arizona and Maryland.  Holly is a veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF), as a member of the Military Police.  She was posted both domestic and overseas, including the Middle East and Italy.  Besides spending time with fur babies, she enjoys spending her free time outdoors, playing beach volleyball, paddle boarding and riding around on her beach cruiser.

Nataliya Moroz  PTA

Nataliya graduated from St. Petersburg College in 2017 and is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a background in geriatrics and orthopedics. She joined our practice in 2017 right after her graduation. She completed RYS 500 Hours of Yogi Teacher Training in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys cooking her traditional Ukrainian dishes and practices yoga for her well-being.
