Winston Blitz, P.T.

Winston graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Thomas. He has nineteen years of clinical experience with fifteen years in orthopaedics. Winston is currently working on his certification in Manual Therapy from the University of St. Augustine to be completed in 2008. He has been the leader in the Physical Therapy department at Orthopaedic Specialties since 1993.

Krisztian Keindl, RPTA

Kris graduated from St. Petersburg College in 1998 and he has nine years experience in outpatient orthopaedics and inpatient rehab settings. Kris joined us here at Orthopaedic Specialties of Tampa Bay, P.A. in 2005.

Bonnie Guthrie, RPTA

Bonnie graduated from St. Petersburg College in 1989 with an Associates of Science degree. She has specialized in orthopaedic outpatient rehab since graduating. She has been with Orthopaedic Specialties of Tampa Bay, P.A. since 2006. She also is a licensed massage therapist and is certified as a neuromuscular therapist.

Shelly Juern-McKaughn, MSOTR, CHT

Shelly graduated from College Misericordia in 2002 with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy after working as an Occupational Therapy assistant since 1995.  She has ten years experience in outpatient Occupational Therapy and earned her CHT in 2008.  Shelly is a member of the American Society for Hand Therapist and has been a guest teacher at Polk State College this year.

Marianne Bushman, PT, DPT, MS

Marianne has worked with Orthopaedic Specialties since 2008.  Holding a Masters in Physical Therapy (1998), she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Morsani College of Medicine, USF in 2015.  In addition, she earned a MS in Exercise Physiology (1983).  Her professional focus has been outpatient orthopedics’, with special training in spine therapy.  Outside of work, Marianne’s interest include her rescue dog “Gracie”, scuba diving and reef restoration, triathlons, and tennis.

Holly E. Galaris  PTA, CPT

Holly received her AAS degree from NOVA in 2004.  She is a Florida licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) rough the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  Holly has specialized in Orthopaedic Outpatient Rehabilitation her entire career, and is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist (MMACS).  Prior to joining Orthopaedic Specialties in 2015, Holly was also licensed and practiced physical therapy in Virginia, Arizona and Maryland.  Holly is a veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF), as a member of the Military Police.  She was posted both domestic and overseas, including the Middle East and Italy.  Besides spending time with fur babies, she enjoys spending her free time outdoors, playing beach volleyball, paddle boarding and riding around on her beach cruiser.
