Robert joins our practice as physician assistant to Dr. Anthony Marcotte. Robert was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut. He attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut and received his Bachelors of Science in occupational therapy in 2002. He began his rehabilitation career focusing on outpatient orthopedic management and later obtained advanced certification in the hand and upper extremity by the HTCC. He has been recognized for his upper extremity splinting skills with specialty training in arthritis and fracture management, cumulative trauma disorders, and flexor and extensor tendon injuries.

He returned for higher education to Quinnipiac University and graduated in August of 2014 with his Masters of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies. Since graduation, he has focused on orthopedics with a particular interest and niche for conservative and surgical management of the hand and upper extremity

Robert is board certified by the NCCPA and holds licensure as a physician assistant in the state of Florida. He is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. He also is a member of Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery and American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

He enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, playing the piano, exercising, and traveling in his free time.
